On the record books, we became homeowners. Last year, Sean was unemployed and stay-at-home dad. We had no thoughts of leaving San Jose. We'd been thinking of ways to purchase the house we were renting at the time with 401k funds and borrowing a down payment from my mother-in-law. We had no plans for expanding the family. One year later, our son is turning two in a month, we're expecting twins, both employed, and purchased our first home all on our own.
What a difference a year makes. If you ever think something is impossible, look back on this day a year from now and see what you can accomplish and what is possible!
