Cleaning

I think it's time to do some cleaning of friends and acquaintances. You find out quickly who your real friends are when you have kids, and even more so when you have more than one child.
Those who love you will be there at any turn, or make a pretty darn good effort. There are then those that find your schedules to be a bit too inconvenient for them. Or distance.
With the exception of being a step away from bed-rest, I try my best to be there for those that need me, or who are there for me. The others, not-so-much anymore.
Feels good to say it!

*disclaimer, I/we likely am/are declining any invitation that is coming our way through the end of the year. If you know me you know why. I can hardly walk across the room without being winded, it's nothing personal beyond that. I also can hardly keep up with my toddler in my house, let alone a social situation.
