I never thought I'd be one of "those" ladies. But...I am mostly back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! Last weekend, nothing fit, I could get pants up, but not buttoned. This week I got into 2 pairs of capris and a pair of jeans! T-shirts are hit and miss because of the boob situation. Let me just say dark colors or patterns are the best option, in case of spontaneous leakage. Yep, I'm bringing sexy back!
In other news, 'Lil D had an excellent check up with his pediatrician yesterday. He's growing like a week! Gaining weight and inches like a champ. Sean and I got to ask a lot of questions all of which she didn't rush us through, and answered everyone one of them. Seeing how upset D was after being undressed and poked all over under bright lights, she even let us sit in the room a while longer to nurse him and calm him down...didn't just shoo us away! I thought that was pretty cool.
I broke down and also made an appointment to get our car seat inspected. I'm not in love with the way that it fits in our RAV4, so I want to be extra certain...Next available appointment, October 21st. HELLO! I know it's fine installed in the Titan, but I'm not sure why the other car is giving me a headache. Better to be safe than sorry I say.
On other news, things are still going great at home. I am enjoying staying with 'Lil D and watching him change daily. Even when he screams bloody murder during diaper changes, I still love him. And with that, time to put him down and see about a nap or something productive to do with my day...
You KNOW damn well I hate. Someone at the office told me about this this week -- "Amy's in her pre-pregnancy clothes already" and I said, that bitch. Meant in the nicest possible, I'm so envious of you way.
