Had an incredibly lazy day on Saturday, well, at least I did. I forced myself up and out to get a pedicure, got lunch, and came back to melt into the couch for a good few hours. Sean was more productive by doing yard work in the front and back, which looks great. We were due to take a childbirth prep class on Sunday, but I was the one who after fighting for Sean to take it with me, decided to back out. The thought of waking up around or before 8am on my Sunday...sitting for 9 hours, oh, and not guaranteeing that we could even take the class because of a previous registering fiasco...I just wasn't into it. Instead, we got up when we wanted, we had 3 errands to run, which we whittled down to one, with the one-stop-shop, Target! It started with me needing to get some nursing tanks (TMI sorry, they're too small anyways, going back today), and ended up with us getting a bookshelf, rechargeable batteries, some pictures for the wall, diapers, ugh, and lots of other stuff we just "needed" to finish off the baby room. So with all of our new purchases, we took some more photos of the updated room, which can be seen here!
My final countdown begins this week. Wednesday marks 37 weeks, or full-term in gestational speak. I have exactly 7 work days left, unless doctor says otherwise on Friday. I can't wait, I'm so over the whole working thing!!!
THe nursery looks adorable and I'm incredibly jealous that you're almost done with work. Incredibly.
