Since June of last year, the "nursery" has been set up in our bedroom. Today, we moved the baby furniture into the real nursery. Since our desk is pretty damn huge, we decided that 'Lil D's room will also double as the office for now. In taking apart the crib, which was about 3" too wide for the doorway, we did have a casualty. We thought we could cheat and take apart half of the crib, but gravity decided to bring it crashing down, and one piece fell over and a piece broke off. We thought that the damage was only cosmetic, however, in the last part of reassembling, one screw was stripped. So, Monday I will be trying to contact Carter's to find out if there's a way to get a replacement piece, otherwise, we'll have to go to Plan B. Don't worry, baby is safe.
