It's been a while

Sorry my dear blog for neglecting you.
My new word for everything is Timesuck.
Everything is a timesuck. Pumping is a timesuck. Making baby food is a timesuck. Babies in general are a timesuck. With the exception of pumping and baby, I hate all things timesuck. I just need to find a way to balance and schedule things that need to be done, like making batches of baby food, around the baby. The kid hates the sound of the blender or food processor. These are things very important to making baby food...
We are biting the bullet and buying a long overdue laptop for the family. When we both had them for work, not a big deal. However, while Sean is trying to job search and network, this is very difficult for him to end his day at 8pm when the baby goes to bed, in the office/nursery. I am disappointed that we'll have to give up the MacBook I really want. The banker says it's not the right time. We'd need additional software that we just can't purchase right now. Sure, spending $1G give or take on anything at this point is not the best time. But, we need to look at it as an investment, and potential tax write off.
I really just meant to type that I was sorry I haven't been blogging, and that took a turn to write more! Right now, however, I really ran out to time. I'll try to figure out more to write later...
