Ugh....

So, I'm on the couch and it's 3:40 am. Little one woke up at 2:30 to eat, and went back down at 3. Sean had complained about not having been able to sleep when the little guy woke up. Shortly after I began nursing, Sean began snoring. I stayed in bed as long as I could take it, put in ear plugs, that wasn't helping. So, now I am on the couch. What makes it worse is, I need to put the baby monitor on to hear if he wakes up, but what do I really pick up, yes, fucking snoring.
I'm so frustrated because the little guy had been sleeping upwards of 5 hours, and has regressed back down to about 4 hours, and then 3 hours or less after the initial wake up. I try to go to bed as soon as he does, but sometimes I am just not tired, or need to catch up on things, or relax, and always pump since his last "meal" is a formula bottle, so I make up for that feeding. So, in the short span of that week of 5 hour intervals, my body has adjusted. I am used to that amount of sleep, so when I get up for an hour at a time to nurse, I'm awake. My body has fortunately, or I guess unfortunately as this case is, is not so exhausted that it can get up, feed the baby, and drift back off to sleep because I'm in a zombie-like state.
I'm having pregnancy flashbacks of insomnia. Not fun, not fun.
